​This month we’re exploring the delicious world of Uyghur cuisine by learning how to make authentic Laghman noodles. These hand-pulled noodles are full of flavour, mixed with colourful vegetables and spices influenced by centuries of Silk Road cooking. It’s tasty, comforting, and such a fun dish to learn together.
