It’s time for some self-care ladies!
Join us at the The Green Room for a four-part series exploring wellness through a holistic lens: weekly reflection sessions and discussions aimed at strengthening the body, mind, and spirit.
Each session will be begin with a discussion facilitated by Edmonton fitness-trainer Humairah Irfan, followed by core exercises and a reflection component lead by Eman Bare.
The sessions will be taking place on the following dates and will be covering the respective themes:
Nov 17: Healthy Eating On The Go
Nov 24: Incorporating Fitness Into Your Life
Dec 1: Hormones R Us
Dec 8: Happiness Through Wellness
Participants are asked to bring along an exercise mat (if you do not have a mat, a large towel also serves the purpose) and a bottle of water.
